All data entered into Moibook is stored locally on your device. Moibook is not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, app removal, or lack of backups.

3. Backups

Users are solely responsible for backing up their data. Moibook may provide reminders or export options, but data safety remains the user’s responsibility.

4. No Warranty

Moibook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Moibook and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
